Arabella

Arabella is a spayed female Catahoula Leopard Hound/ Greyhound mix born approximately 3/15/2020. She is a medium dog on long legs. Arabella is an active girl who likes to have activities with her people. She enjoys the mental stimulation and companionship of a walk or a fun game. A fenced-in yard is a must-have for this pup as she enjoys her playtime.

Arabella has been friendly towards her foster family and anyone else she has encountered. She has done well with dogs she has met but would best be matched with medium to large friends. She is a little too rough in her interaction with cats and would be best in a home without them.

Arabella walks well on a leash. She is crate trained and house trained. She enjoys errands in the car. She is learning basic obedience and doing very well.
The adoption fee for Arabella is $250. She is spayed, up to date on  vaccines, deworming, heart worm prevention, flea prevention, and microchipped.

Arabella currently lives in Rutherford County, NC.

Zander

Zander is a neutered male Weimaraner/ Pointer mix born on 5/13/2020.
He weighs about 55 pounds and will grow some more. Zander is a playful and loving boy who enjoys fetch and tug of war. He likes to splash in water- play pool, friendly hose games or creek. He is a low-key, gentle soul who enjoys watching TV with his family (his favorite is Pup Academy on Netflix).
Zander has been sweetly social with the dogs (of various sizes and ages) and the people he has met. He has ignored horses in pasture at his foster home. He is very affectionate with his foster family, but can bark protectively when he sees new strangers. With an introduction, he has gotten along with new people very well. Zander is not suitable for a home with cats. He is very eager to please, highly trainable, and easily correctable with no more than a firm no.
This handsome fellow has some large scars from significant neglect. He was found at about 4 months of age with a deeply imbedded collar needing emergency surgery to remove. Zander should wear a harness, rather than a collar for this reason. He also has some other large scars which were healed at the time of his finding. Zander has healed well, both physically and emotionally. Now he just wants to be the loving, gentle puppy that he was meant to be.
He is house trained, leash trained, crate trained, and is intelligent. He thrives on gentle, consistent training and wants to be devoted to a family.
The adoption fee is $300.00 and includes medical care, deworming, microchip, vaccinations, flea and tick treatment, and neuter.
